Salt Processes
The activities of Messo in the field of Salt is summarised in this brochure.
This covers the thermal plants, which are multiple-effect evaporation
crystallization or mechanical vapour recompression or thermocompression units,
and mechanical salt wash units. Raw materials are usually brines, seawater and
solar salt. The products are targeting the food market and the chlorine
industry as well. Purities reach up to 99.95 percent.
